Located about thirty minutes to the north of Charleston is the suburban township of Goose Creek.  Considered by locals to be part of the “North Area” along with Summerville and Monks Corner, this town has a lot to offer.  With lots of local spots to eat and shop, the distance to Downtown has become much less of an issue.  

Over the last seven or so years, development has been extremely popular so there are many, many newer homes to choose from in Goose Creek.

Recently Google opened a data center in Goose Creek, adding a major boost to the area’s values and local economy.  

Prices are ultra attractive starting in the mid to low $100K’s for nice homes in nice neighborhoods.  Dollar for dollar it is tough to beat the value of Goose Creek.
